The sun is back on!
After another great breakfast at the hotel (ofcourse including some sushi) we set out for an early morning walk under the spring sun! On our way to our destination, we passed through the castle park we cheked out yesterday. Wow, what a differene sun vs rain is!
Main atraction for the morning was Kenrokuen Garden
The garden was beautifully landscaped and we could easilly have strolled around for another hour if we had more time. Very happy we decided to skip it yesterday in the rain and squeeze it in in the morning before leaving Kanazawa.

Once fully packed at the hotel we decided to make a quick return visit to the Omicho Market and try out some eel that we forgot about yesterday.
Then it was time to leave Kanazawa and drive to Kyoto!
On our way there we were supposed to stop at the Shirahige Shrine, but, we missed the parking lot. We also realized that the only difference stopping would have made was for a better picture so we decided to just continue to Kyoto instead.
