Digital & Sushi
Art, games, and even more noms!
First stop of the day was the world’s first digital art museum, teamLab Borderless.
It was simply amazing! The art was projected on the walls, the floor and the ceiling, it was constantly moving, changing and evolving so you never knew what to expect when turning a corner. Very cool indeed.

We picked up a delicious Indian lunch in the shopping mall next to the museum before heading to our next stop for the day, the digital amusement park Red Tokyo Tower. This was not at all what we were expecting and our visit was very short. The games were not for us, it was basiclly all VR games and you had to wait for 20-30min per game.
On the way back to the hotel for a brief afternoon nap, we visited the more manga-orientated part of Akihabara, and popped into a couple of the more famous card and collectable shops.

In the evening we headed out for dinner at a omakase restuarant, Sushi Masashi only a couple of subway stops away. We didn't really know what to expect here, but it turned out to be one of the best meals we'd ever had!
We sat at the counter, which only had space for ten guests, and in front of us the chef prepared sushi from a vast assortment of fish, which was served to us, and we happily nommed it down! The middle fatty tuna, and the Japanese herring were our favorites. I'm pretty sure this has ruined sushi for us now, as this is going to be very hard to beat!
